Org owner guides

What org owners do in ABACare, in the web app, and where to find the guide for each task.

Applies toOrg Owner

As an org owner, you run your clinic's account in ABACare. You do it in the web app: you register the clinic and decide how it works, invite your staff and choose each person's role, add learners and give each one a BCBA, look after the clinic's own library, follow the clinic's sessions and export reports, and manage the subscription and invoices. You see every learner and every staff member in the clinic. Your menu has Team, Learners, Sessions, Supervision, Reports, Authorizations, Library (when your plan includes the clinic's own library) and Settings, which holds Organization and Billing. You can also sign in to the mobile app, where you follow and run supervisions like a BCBA.

Account

Create your clinic's account in ABACare.

Organization settings

Review the settings ABACare asks about when you start, and decide how your clinic collects data, completes sessions and counts authorized hours.

Team

Bring your BCBAs and aides into ABACare, keep their accounts up to date, and decide what each aide may change during a session.

Learners

Add learners, choose the BCBA who supervises each one, and remove a learner for good when you must. This group also holds the BCBA guides for the rest of the learner's record, which you can follow too.

Library

Keep your clinic's own library of goals and targets, and decide on what your BCBAs propose for it.

Analytics and reports

See how the clinic's sessions are going, and export data to Excel.

Billing

Choose your plan, keep your billing details current, and pay your invoices.

Website

Show visitors to your clinic's website that you work with ABACare.

BCBA and aide guides that apply to you

You can also do a BCBA's work, for every learner in the clinic: build treatment plans, schedule sessions, review and complete them, supervise aides, follow authorizations and write progress reports. The Org Owner section lists those BCBA guides after your own groups, and after them the aide guides for collecting data and logging behaviors and rewards. Good places to start:
