See how many sessions your clinic ran over the last month to year, how many were completed or cancelled, and whether the numbers are going up or down.

Applies toOrg Owner

Organization analytics gives you the clinic's session activity on one page: how many sessions there were over a period, how many were completed or cancelled, how they spread over the weeks or months, and the trend. Use it to follow the clinic's workload without opening sessions one by one. The page only shows figures; it changes nothing.

Before you start

  • You work in the web app, as the org owner. The page counts every session of the clinic, for all learners and staff.
  • The page has no entry in the top menu. You open it from your dashboard.

Open the analytics

  1. Select the ABACare logo at the top left to go to your dashboard.
  2. Select the Organization Analytics card.
  3. Pick the period at the top: Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 6 Months (the last 180 days) or Last Year (the last 365 days). The page opens on Last 90 Days and reloads each time you pick another period. There is no custom date range.

Read the page

Four cards sit at the top:

  • Total Sessions: every session planned to start in the period, whatever its status, including sessions still scheduled, in progress or waiting for review, and No-Show sessions.
  • Completed: sessions whose status is completed. A submitted session counts here only once it is completed.
  • Cancelled: cancelled sessions.
  • Completion Rate: completed sessions as a share of the total. Because the total counts every status, No-Show, cancelled and not yet completed sessions all lower the rate.

Below them:

  • Sessions Over Time charts the sessions per week. Select Monthly to see them per month, and Weekly to go back; the figures under the chart switch between the average and best week and the average and best month.
  • Session Status Breakdown shows how the sessions split between their statuses.
  • Quick Insights gives the Date Range, the Weekly Average, the Best Week and the Trend.

How the figures are counted

  • Averages count only the weeks, or months, that had sessions. An empty week does not lower the average.
  • The Trend compares the second half of the period with the first. It reads Sessions increasing or Sessions decreasing when they differ by more than 10%, and Sessions stable otherwise, including when fewer than four weeks had sessions.
  • Quick Insights always works by week, so its average can differ from the one under the chart when the chart is on Monthly.
  • With no sessions in the period, the charts say No session data available and the cards show 0.
  • If the page shows Failed to load analytics data. Please try again., select Retry.
  • If your clinic's access is suspended for an unpaid invoice, the page opens Billing instead: see Pay an invoice and restore access.
